How do I make a reservation at Aransas Princess?
The best way to reserve your stay—and receive the best available rate—is to book directly with Aransas Princess. You can make a reservation online through our website at www.aransasprincess.com or by calling our reservation desk at (361) 749-5118. Our team is happy to assist you in finding the perfect condo for your stay.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be available based on occupancy and housekeeping schedules but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the front desk for availability

Yes. Aransas Princess has a two-night minimum stay for most reservations. During major holidays and select special events, a three-night minimum stay may apply. Minimum stay requirements are based on the dates of your visit and will automatically be displayed when booking online. If you have any questions about your travel dates, our front desk team is happy to assist.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for reservations and payments. If you have questions about a specific payment method, please contact the Aransas Princess front desk at (361) 749-5118 for assistance.
A security deposit is not required. To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival date. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for complete payment details.
No. Pets are not allowed at Aransas Princess. This policy applies to all guest-owned animals. Only service animals that meet applicable ADA requirements are permitted.
The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 may not check in or occupy the condo without the registered primary guest present. No exceptions.
Yes! You may request a specific condo or unit location when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but specific units cannot be guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed. Booking early provides the best opportunity to secure your preferred unit.

What amenities are included with my condo rental?

All guests have full access to Aransas Princess’s resort-style amenities, including two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickleball court, sport courts, bocce ball, and cornhole, and there is equipment available for all sport court activities. Enjoy our BBQ area with both gas and charcoal grills, and a private boardwalk with direct beach access. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy outdoor games, or spend a day on the beach, there’s something for everyone to enjoy during your stay.

Yes! Aransas Princess features TWO resort-style swimming pools for guests to enjoy. One pool is located near the beachfront, while the other is a beautiful cascading pool by lush landscaping. Whether you’re starting your morning with a peaceful swim or spending the afternoon lounging in the sun, our resort-style pools provide the perfect setting. The large, elevated beachfront pool features comfortable lounge chairs, an adjacent hot tub, and beautiful Gulf views, while the cascading pool offers a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush adjacent landscaping. It’s the ideal place to relax with family and friends during your stay.

It’s the perfect spot to soak, socialize, and enjoy the resort’s beautiful surroundings.

Yes! Enjoy a friendly match on one of our two on-site hard-court tennis courts, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Whether you’re keeping up your game or simply enjoying some outdoor recreation, our courts are a great way to stay active during your stay. Tennis racquets and balls are available for guest checkout at the front desk (subject to availability), making it easy to hit the courts even if you don’t bring your own equipment. After your match, cool off with a dip in one of our pools, relax in the hot tub, or take a short stroll down the private boardwalk to the beach.

Yes! Community BBQ grills (both charcoal and gas) are available on the property for guests to use, making it easy to enjoy outdoor cooking during your stay. Please help keep the ara clean and follow all posted safety guidelines when using these grills.

Yes, Aransas Princess has two elevators that provide access to all 8 floors of the building. Stairways are also available for guests who prefer to use them.

Yes, luggage carts are available for guest use and are located on the property for your convenience. We kindly ask that carts not be taken into guest rooms and that they be returned promptly after use so they remain available for all guests.

Our private, gated boardwalk crosses over the dunes and leads directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy a day of swimming, fishing, shell collecting, or relaxing along the Gulf of Mexico. For added security, the boardwalk is accessed with a gate code, which will be provided by the front desk at check-in. Along the way, you’ll also find seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf views and coastal breeze.

The best way to take your car to the beach and park in front of Aransas Princess would be to drive past Aransas Princess on Access Road 1A, turn right onto the beach, and almost immediately park in front of our condominium.
